Delete Your WayHome Account
1. How to delete your account in the app
Open WayHome and sign in.
Go to your profile or account settings.
Tap "Delete account" and confirm the action.
Inside the app this action is clearly marked as irreversible.
2. If you cannot access the app
Send a request to info@wayhomeapp.org with the subject "Delete WayHome account" and the email attached to the account.
3. What is deleted
The user account and the main profile data linked to it.
Account-linked content unless retention is still required for service operation, security, or legal compliance.
4. What may be retained for a limited time
Backups.
Technical and security logs.
Data that must be retained by law or for abuse prevention.
