1. About the service
WayHome is a digital support service for people on the path to sobriety and addiction recovery.
2. Not a medical service
WayHome is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
The app does not replace a physician, psychiatrist, psychotherapist, addiction specialist, or other qualified professional. In emergencies or where there is risk of harm to yourself or others, seek professional help immediately.
3. Accounts and user responsibility
Users must provide accurate registration information and must not share account access with third parties.
Users are responsible for actions taken through their account unless proven otherwise.
4. Acceptable use
WayHome must not be used for illegal activity, abuse of third-party rights, harmful content, spam, fraud, or unauthorized access attempts.
5. User content
Users keep rights to their content, but grant WayHome the right to store, process, and display it to the extent needed to operate the service and fulfill user requests.
6. Privacy
Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Account deletion
Users can delete their account inside the app or by sending a request to info@wayhomeapp.org. Detailed instructions are available on the website.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability on every device and are not liable for losses caused by third parties, connectivity failures, platform behavior, or external services except where required by applicable law.
